Born in Florida on January 24, 1995. Cody came 3 wks.early.He weighed 6lbs.3 1/2 oz. He was 19 1/2 inches long.

Dec.31st. 2004

The day of the accident. The last time I saw Cody alive. He waved bye to me, while he was standing on the porch in his PJ's.

Jan.1, 2005

Passed away on January 01, 2005 at the age of 9 yrs.,11mths, 7days.

July 2005

We went to the National Organ donor ceremony in Washington, DC. There they honored CODY CREECH and other recipient families.
